Went in last night for a pickup order, got their bbq bacon potato skin pizza. It was phenomenal and the nice lady working Tuesday night made an extra pizza and offered for me to take it home! Will be returning and getting more Za. Love these guys
Had the pleasure to try Toppers for the first time, great handmade crust with great texture and taste, I had the Hawaiian which was loaded, cheese was excellent and you could tell that it was real mozzarella. A big thanks to Ali for great service and food, also making sure I'd be back with him gifting me his delicious garlic cheese bread. If you haven't tried here yet you won't be disappointed.
It was a wonderful experience in interacting with Kajal she helped me with the suggestions and she was very polite and customer friendly. I recommend to ask for her on your next visit to Toppers Pizza..
Last Wednesday, i visited at topper’s pizza. The pizza was delicious. The two girls suja and Jasmin were there they provided us amazing customer service and friendly environment. I’ll definitely keep coming back.
My partner and I regularly get pizza for lunch while working nearby and the quality is always consistent and very good, not to mention the great deal the two personal pizzas are! The staff is always very friendly and kind. Muskan is almost always there when im picking up and she is so lovely and friendly! I am very happy to continue using them for my Friday work lunch treat!
5 stars for 2 reasons. 1. Above and beyond service. After reading their menu, i was curious about "Roni cups – the latest trend in premium pepperoni". However on UberEats, this was not an option. So I included a note asking if they could include them. I also asked in the note for them to make it clear which half the hot peppers were on, because when I have ordered double cheese from other places, the hot peppers were often hidden, a nasty surprise for my companion who doesn't like the heat :-) The team came through.. they added the Roni cups, and they made it super clear which side the jalapenos were on. I missed it at first because their hand written reply on the top of the box wasn't obvious because of the artwork on the box. Check out the attached photo !! I coach small businesses on marketing, and I will be using this as an example in the content I create to inspire them. 2. Quality pizza. For years, I lived close to Westport Ontario, and our beloved regular for pizza was the Tangled Garden. The crust, ingredients and balance were just right for a "North American" style pizza. The pizza I ordered from Topper's was spot on. Oh, and the delivery was unexpectedly fast and a real deal on Uber Eats. I look forward to trying the thin crust and Margherita next !
The only thing I would consider changing is the box the pizza comes in - it doesn't close properly. Having said that, this pizza is like a warm hug - it reminds me of the delicious pizza we used to get 40 years ago - Topper's Pizza is now my new comfort food. They seem to take pride in a generous good balanced placement of toppings. Excellent friendly service. Pizza made to order for 5 out of 5 orders with no issues yet (100% accuracy)! Super fast for pick-up (15-20 minutes on pre-order), but cooked to perfection. Many people pass by this location on their way home from work. If you place an order while working at or near the hospital (like me), it will be hot and ready by the time you get there. Trust me, I'm a health care worker and at the end of an exhausting shift when I don't have the energy to cook dinner, the last thing I want is subpar take-out - so far I have not been let down. Hmm no response from owner ?
Had a great experience at the pizza shop today, and I just have to shout out Kajal for her outstanding service! She was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive from the moment we walked in. Kajal took the time to explain the menu, made great recommendations, and even checked in to make sure everything was perfect with our order.
